This class focuses on balance,coordination ,endurance and strength. Limited to 14 participants. Please arrive a few minutes early for proper set up if you are a new participant.
The ultimate training ride combining elements of both physical and mental challenges. Ride the flats and climb the mountains to find the athlete within Reservations required one hour prior to class. If you are a new participant please arrive a few minutes early for proper bike set up and instructions. If you arrive late for class you may forfeit your bike to person on the waiting list.
An interval style class combining elements of cardiovascular and weight training set up in a station drill format. Expect to work hard with this routine
A Strength and cardio workout specifically designed for the senior population.Props such as chairs,weights and tubing are used in the class format.
