This class will use fundamental boxing movements to target your physical strength and endurance. Heavy bags, striking mitts and a variety of boxing drills are integrated into this 1 hour conditioning program to increase work capacity and overall fitness. Manny is the former Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Dallas Stars (2005-2010) and has over 14 years of experience in group fitness. He currently trains MMA fighters, boxers and professional athletes.
