Never really felt good and then one day started running and doing yoga and Pilates at home. Joined Gold’s Gym in 2007 and eventually found a passion for group fitness and left the running behind. Lots of dietary changes were worked into the mix and felt like a new person at 35.I felt and looked better than ever before. Since then, there have been ups and downs but that’s how life works. Currently live in Sykesville with Husband. Two cats and expecting our first child – Still teaching and in 8th month of pregnancy!
