After many years of a sedentary unhealthy lifestyle, I joined Gold’s Gym in 2010. I found myself drawn to the Group Fitness classes, the amazing instructors, and the energy of the group gave me the willingness and courage to stick and stay when I wanted to quit. After a 50 lb. weight loss and a new found love for group fitness, I followed the advice of my mentor Kimberly Murphy to attend my first Les Mills training in 2013 for Sh’Bam. My passion for teaching comes from a desire to give back to others what was freely given to me. My next adventure is to attend the 200 hour YTT at Croton Yoga in 2017.
