Kelly has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at Gold’s Gym for about 8 yrs. She ran track and cross country in college and has continued to compete in road races to include marathons and triathlons. She loves being involved in an active lifestyle and when an opportunity came along for Body Pump training she took the leap. She enjoys inspiring and motivating others to be the best they can be. Kelly has added cycle, CX WORX and SPRINT trainings. She has been married for 24 years and has four children.

What led you to group fitness? What led Kelly to group fitness was the camaraderie, energy, and challenge you find in a group setting. She wanted to share her love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? Spending time with family and friends, and watching sporting events.
Some advice for our GGX class members: Try a new class, something outside your comfort zone. Golds GGX instructors are amazing!!
