What led you to group fitness? I’ve always loved taking group classes. While taking the classes and realizing how much of a difference it made in my own personal life, I decided that I wanted to be that inspiration to others. I hope I make a difference in the lives of others by helping them feel good about themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? Since retiring from my full-time job, I spend lots of time with my five grandchildren and immediate family. I love traveling.
Some advice for our GGX class members: Always encourage them to try out all of our classes when they first join the gym then pick what’s best for them and to switch up their routines regularly.
