SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES
These specialized classes are taught by fitness professionals designed to deliver results and take your abilities to the next level. Purchase Credits that can apply to any one of these programs! Don’t just single yourself to one program; all credits can be used for any class, at any time!
Taking these classes are easy! Simply log into the member portal, purchase credits, and register for the class you wish to take!

**Removing yourself from a class must be done 12 hours before class starts, after that time members will only be allowed to added to the attendance list. Failure to show up to a class will result in a loss of a credit.
Total Body Toning
Tuesday – Thursday at 6pm, Turf
Powerful, total body transformation with a lot of personality. Changing your body 1 class at a time! Using her years of fitness experience, Total Body Toning class is designed to push your body to the image you’ve always wanted. Focused around interval and circuit training with both body weight and weights, Total Body Toning class is fun and energetic for all levels of fitness! * Each Class worth 1 Credit
Monday & Wednesday at 7:00pm – 8:00pm, Turf
Optimal Mobility will take your through various foam rolling, stretching, and trigger pointing techniques to increase performance, power, mobility, decrease soreness, alleviate tight muscles, promote healthy movement, relieve stress and enhance knowledge. This mobility class will teach you how to use specialty equipment to improve the movement of your body to enhance your fitness potential, decrease possible injuries and become a better athlete. * Each Class worth 1 Credit
Devin’s Performance Camp
Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm to 8:00pm, Turf
Geared to improving strength, endurance, mobility, and athletic ability, Devin’s performance program will take your fitness to the next level. Fit for beginners to advanced level athletes, Devin utilizes the best of performance training techniques, specialty equipment, circuit training, with a focus on core development and integration to provide results both in the mirror and performance! * Each Class worth 1 Credit
Christina’s Booty Builder Program
Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm, Private Area
Train with Christina to build and sculpt your glutes and abs with our Booty Builder Program! This program helps build your core to not only look good, but be functional as well. Christina utilizes Glute activation techniques and strengthening/toning exercises to provide visible results and enhance your mind muscle connection with your body. Believe that in order to be something you’ve never been before, you have to do something you never done before! * Each Class worth 1 Credit
Gold’s Gym Boxing Program
Monday – Thursday 6pm-7pm, 8pm-9pm, Boxing Studio
We are proud to introduce Gold’s Gym new Boxing Program! Utilizing our brand new boxing studio, these classes are designed for all experience levels. Led by World Champion Tyreisha Douglas and highly experienced teachers Nikki LaRock and Calvin Mends, these expert teachers work on developing the basics of boxing, cardiovascular endurance, core strengthening, and striking techniques. Classes are perfect for those wishing to try something new and burn fat while doing so! * Each Class worth 1 Credit
Gold’s Gym Kickboxing Program
Monday – Thursday 12pm – 1pm, 7pm-8pm, Boxing Studio
Our new Kickboxing program led by World Champion Carlos Hernandez is designed to not only teach the basics of kickboxing, but also help you in the best shape of your life! Classes include a thorough warm up, a total body exercise portion through kickboxing techniques, and cool down/stretching. Expect to learn, burn calories, tighten/tone your abs, and build aerobic endurance! All levels of experience are welcome to train in these classes! * Each Class worth 1 Credit
