Cycle Classes are FREE and for all levels. This is a great bike-based, Instructor-led workout Cycle Reservations must be made at the front desk up to 2 days in advance. You may not reserve for 2 consecutive classes on the same day, although you can be placed on the wait list for the second class. Check-in is up to 1 hour prior to class at the front desk set up your bike and enjoy a great workout If you do not claim your bike pass 5 min before the start time your bike may be given to waiting members. Vinyasa Flow is a more dynamic style of yoga which focuses on linking the breath with movement through linked sequences within Sun Salutations. We start slow to ease students into the class by incorporating different styles of music to capture the mood along the way.
