The Mind and Body Studio at Gold’s Gym in Herndon, Virginia, offers group classes that strengthen your body and relax your mind. Yoga and Pilates are the perfect exercises for balance, flexibility and core strength. You’ll also learn breath control and body awareness in these unique, low impact workouts.
