If you like the energy and accountability of working out in a group, then you’ll fall head-over-heels for the group exercise classes at Gold’s Gym in Herndon, Virginia! With over 50 classes offered each week, you can choose the activity you’ll enjoy most at a time that fits your schedule. Our fitness center features 3 studios that highlight specific group training activities:
• The Mind and Body Studio features the low impact body awareness of Yoga and Pilates classes.
• Speed up your fitness with cycling classes in our Cycle Studio.
• Build strength, endurance and aerobic health with Les Mills classes in our GGX Studio.
