Close to nine years ago I made a personal goal of getting stronger and living healthier, and after I began I found that I wanted to help others with their health and physical well-being. My current focus is to help others obtain their own personal fitness goals and pursuit of healthy lifestyles. I have a total of three years being a personal trainer focusing on strength training, weight loss, and recovery from injury or surgery. Within those three years I have been a personal trainer to football players, motocross riders, and golfers. Along with the personal training I offer six years of a nutritional background including specialized meal plans and supplement knowledge. For two years I was a health consultant for Vitamin World, and I was with Max Muscle for close to two years.
