Kellie Williams earned her personal training certification from the ASFA. With over 25 years of experience in the health industry Kellie brings a wealth of knowledge about exercise and nutrition to her clients. As a California native Kellie was a fitness instructor and continued her passionate pursuit in fitness when moving to South Carolina. Kellies training focuses on calorie burning and cardiovascular exercises to lose inches along with free weights for muscle toning. Kellie is also a certified spin instructor and Les Mills Bodypump instructor and has been at Golds for 7 years.
