I began my career in physical fitness simply as an athlete. To this day, soccer remains my favorite sport. In order to make myself a more well-rounded athlete I also danced, ran track and field and played lacrosse into my college years. Moderate knowledge of how to train myself toward greater physical capabilities inspired me to learn as much as possible to guide others. I owe a great deal of my interest in health and physical wellness to my years of athletics whilst broadening my spectrum and working toward a degree in Culinary Arts and Nutrition. This program reflects my lifestyle and is a constant reminder that there is never a stopping point in the education of physiology and wellness. I am overly passionate about seeing physical improvements in clients but even more excited to see them supported by general wellness. Passion for nutrition and physiology guide me in designing a healthy, balanced personal fitness program for each individual client.
