As an ex-professional football player, as well as a multi-sport athlete in my youth, I’ve come to appreciate the benefits of a balanced exercise and nutritional program. The old philosophies of no pain, no gain can be tailored into a comprehensive exercise program to fit each clients needs. Less pain and more gain with a sensible approach will bring positive results. I will assist you in formulating a positive exercise and nutritional program that will help you build a solid physical foundation to either lose weight, gain weight, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass and improve your whole cardiovascular system.
