Exciting Group Classes at Gold’s Gym!
Whether you are already a member of Gold’s Gym Charlotte, NC, or whether you are thinking of joining our fitness center family, we have some great news for you. We are expanding our already terrific line up of group exercise classes to include the Les Mills series of group fitness.
Les Mills group classes are proven to get results, and that’s why Gold’s Gym in Charlotte has added them to our lineup. We know our members want to see that the hard work they are doing is worth it. But we also know that you want to have fun while you get fit. Group exercise classes are a way to do that, and our new Les Mills fitness classes take things a step further, offering you new ways to challenge yourself in a fun, energizing group atmosphere. And unlike some group classes that can become routine, if you stick with Les Mills group fitness, you’ll be rewarded with a completely new class every three months. Each class also has its own custom soundtrack; both music and choreography get a reboot four times a year so there’s always something to look forward to.

BodyAttack: This sports-inspired workout is great for cardio training, strength building, and stamina. In this group class, you’ll sweat your way through interval training that utilizes aerobics, strength training, and stabilization techniques.
Sh’Bam: This dance-inspired fitness class will get even the most left-footed closet dance star moving with rhythm and purpose. The moves you will learn are uncomplicated but definitely calorie-burning, and the music — inspired by the hottest dance and Latin tracks from around the world — will keep your energy up and your body grooving.
BodyVive: If you have been searching for a low-impact group fitness class that still gets results, then this is the choice for you. BodyVive uses your own body weight and specially designed Vive balls and Vive tubes (both created exclusively for the Les Mills lineup of classes) to work your core strength. This class is the perfect choice for anyone returning to exercise following injury (with your doctor’s permission) or for those who need fitness that is easy on the joints.
