To participate, members should meet in the Circuit Fitness area a few minutes before class is to begin. Participants work their way through each of the ten pieces of Life Fitness circuit equipment, performing 15 repetitions on each machine at the same time that all other participants are performing 15 repetitions at their station. After everyone has completed the designated reps, each person in the group will move onto the next piece of equipment in the line until everyone has had the chance to use each of the pieces in the Circuit Fitness area. This sequence is performed three times. Additional exercises are added to supplement the circuit fitness exercises. All fitness levels welcome.
