Weight loss, senior fitness and prenatal fitness. By focusing on NASM’s OPT model, I assess my clients kinetic chain checkpoints, focus on core strength and stability then move to strength training and maintenance.
I’ve participated in a variety of sports from softball, volleyball, and dance, to snowboarding, and running (something I used to detest!). I’ve completed two ½ marathons and continually search for ways to push myself to my limits
I believe the body is a gift to be taken care of and I’m committed to motivate, inspire and empower my clients to achieve their goals!
