John swam competitively for 7 years. 3 years in high school for the USAA swim circuit and 4 years for his alma mater. He has been a head coach for summer league teams, masters swim programs and high school and middle school swim teams. Furthermore, he has orchestrated weight training programs for collegiate athletes successfully taking several of those teams to conference championships.
I am committed to those who are committed to themselves. Being, looking, and feeling healthy are the best things you can do for yourself in terms of quality of life. Unfortunately, today, it is one of the first things sacrificed. YOU should be your first priority! That said, returning your body to a healthy state is not the easiest of endeavors and sadly can be a frustrating and fruitless experience if not properly planned for and executed. Therefore, my goal is to be a resource for those wanting to improve themselves and their lives, in whatever form it may be. From providing scientifically-backed information for exericise to teaching correct exercise techniques for machine, free weight, and bodyweight exercises, I am here to serve you in your path to improved fitness and health.
