RPM Raw Power in Motion. An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your team coach who will lead you through a pack of hills, flats, mouontain peaks, time trials and interval training all done in one class on a stationary bike. Sweat and burn calories to reach your endorphin high. RPM is the perfect non-impact workout for all fitness levels. First-time participants please arrive 10 minutes early. Sign up as early as 30 min. prior to class. Water & towel are strongly recommended. This class is 50-55 minutes long.
