Cardio Circuit is Healthway&39;s advanced class for students who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning and have demonstrated above baseline proficiencies in agility, balance and coordination. Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, resistance tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. Classes are approximately 55 minutes long.
