Youth Athletic Training program like no other at Gold’s Gym in Carlisle!
Gold’s Gym in Carlisle, Pennsylvania offers a youth athletic training program for young adults ages 11-19 to help train them year round to compete at a higher level, prepare for their upcoming season or hone their existing athletic skills. Our certified personal trainers supervise their activity, help come up with appropriate fitness routines, instruct on proper nutrition and give them customized feedback to give them the ultimate edge in sports training. These customized fitness programs are designed to help these young athletes realize their potential by using safe and effective functional exercises designed to increase mobility, develop core strength, and improve speed and agility. Through proper training, children will not only get better at their sport, but it also greatly decreases the risk of them getting injured while playing.
Sessions are one hour each and we recommend a minimum of at least 2 to 3 times a week at least once a month.
