Growing up I was heavily involved in sports, playing everything from basketball, football, and baseball, to lacrosse, and boxing. I always had an interest in becoming a better athlete and getting myself to the next level. In my early teenage years, I began going to the gym and developed a love for working hard and seeing results. As a result, I decided that fitness was what I wanted to do for a living.
After I graduated High School, I went right into the Personal Training field and have continued to establish myself as a fitness expert ever since. I love motivating, helping, and pushing people that have the desire to work hard and achieve results. I also love showing my clients new moves and routines and strive to make each program entirely customizable for each individual person, no matter what their fitness level is.
As a trainer, I ask each of my clients to set goals, whether it be to loose 10 pounds, perform a pull-up or even make a healthier lifestyle change. We then work together to achieve that goal in a realistic and attainable way. Much like I discovered in my early teenage years, it takes hard work and dedication to make a lifestyle change and put yourself at the next level. I will be here to give you the guidance and tools you need to achieve your fitness goals.
