What Classes or Workouts Do you Enjoy at Gold’s Camp Hill? – I love Tuesday morning spin classes. I also love lifting weights and doing cardio
How has incorporating physical fitness into your lifestyle impacted your life? – Physical fitness, in particular hiking/backpacking have been a major source of stress relief for me. For me, there is nothing better than climbing a mountain and leaving all of my troubles behind.
What advice would you give someone in regards to starting a fitness regime? – Patience is a major key when beginning any fitness program or even just implementing something new to your already existing program. You have to learn how to work through the hard times and push away the thoughts of quitting (especially early).
