Pam Harding has been coming to Gold’s Gym Camp Hill for years and proves to her peers that age is just a number when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. Whether she’s pushing herself in a grueling spin class or trying a new group fitness class, Pam gives it her all. Here are some words of advice from someone who is a living example of health:

I am a believer that we are in control of our health with the food we eat and the movement of our bodies . As a health and wellness coach and now in my 70′s, it is so important to have such a warm atmosphere to enjoy many friendships as member of Golds Gym. Now I am a ” bionic ” woman with both knees and hips replaced over several years with no excuses (thanks Cindy Marsh) and show up in pursuit of being a super Grandma. Thank you Golds Gym Camp Hill!
