How has GGCH helped you achieve your potential through fitness: The staff and trainers at GGCH are absolutely incredible. They encouraged me when I first started working out and felt intimidated. They supported me when I struggled through setbacks and plateaus. They celebrated with me when I had breakthroughs then pushed myself to new limits and new goals. I wouldn’t have come as far as I have without them!
What advice do you have for new members or potential new GGCH members: GGCH offers a great variety of classes, small group classes, & personal training to help you find what you enjoy! Try them all! If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done. Push yourself out of your comfort zone, and then keep pushing. Find a gym buddy to keep you accountable and push you harder!
Keep going, even when it’s hard. Don’t quit. Don’t stop. As Nate says, “LET’S WORK!”
