This might be an introduction class, but be prepared to work up a sweat The start of class will be dedicated to bike set up and explaining the fundamentals of using the bike. The instructor will guide you along on a mild ride for 15 min. The class will then continue off the bike for 15 min. with instruction on proper technique of using the varies equipment in the aerobic room that are used during classes: Weight bars, dumbbells, Bands, Stability Balls and Medicine Balls. The class will then return to the cycling bike for 15min. for a mild ride and again, back off the bike for the last 15 min. of more floor instruction and/or abdominal work. This is a great class for those that do not want any hard cardio, or jumping and much of what is learned can be done to tone your body on your own in the varies weight areas of the gym.
