Nadine has 4.5 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is an AFAA certified aerobics instructor and also a Les Mills instructor for Sh’Bam. Her passion is dance. She helped launch the Sh’Bam program at Golds Gym Bowie in January 2012 and has taught the class since that time. Nadine’s class objectives include sweating, smiling and having a great time!

What led you to group fitness? A Body Jam instructor encouraged me to look into teaching because she felt that I had the skill set to be successful. I loved dance so I figured “why not”! Les Mills was launching a new dance program at that time called Sh’Bam. I immediately fell in love with it!
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? I work full-time as an Admissions Director at a private school in Howard County. When I’m not at work, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family. You can also frequently find me attending other group fitness classes at Golds Gym including Body Pump and Body Attack!
Some advice for our GGX class members: You can accomplish any goal you set out to achieve. It’s much more fun to fulfill those goals in a fun and motivating environment. Try a new group fitness class for a few weeks. Each time you come back you become stronger and more coordinated. You might be pleasantly surprised at what you can accomplish!
