Gold’s Gym Northwest offers over 100 group exercise class options each week. Known as the Gold’s Group Exercise (GGX) program, all classes, are included in your standard membership at no additional cost. From a huge array of Les Mills classes, to yoga, to Zumba, you’ll be sure to find a number of class options that you will enjoy — prepare to be addicted to group exercise!

|BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor toward their goals.|
|BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout that unleashes your inner strength. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwondo and tai chi. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.|
|BODYFLOW is the yoga, thai chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of poses and music create a holistic workout that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony of balance.|
|BODYJAM is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and the hottest sounds around puts emphasis on having a fun and breaking a sweat.|
|BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens the entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for fast!|
|BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from the sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.|
|RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time travels and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.|
|SH’BAM is the ultimate fun and social way to exercise. Each 45 minute class is vibrant, unique and varied. Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, this is the perfect way to shape up and let your inner star shine – even if you’re dance challenged.|
|CXWORX is the 30 minute core class formulated with a carefully structured, scientific approach. It has been designed to tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back, obliques and ‘slings’ connecting the upper and lower body to improve functional strength and assist in injury prevention.|
|CYCLING classes offer an intense workout where you will be led through a simulated outdoor biking experience where the instructor sets the terrain utilizing resistance and cadence for a challenging and motivational group fitness experience.|
|YOGA is the practice of a sequence of asana (postures) and breath work to increase mind-body awareness. The benefits of yoga include a more balanced and injury free body, with more strength and flexibility.|
|YOGA II is an intermediate class that builds on the foundation from Yoga I. These classes involve more vigorous, dynamic movement, synchronized to breath. Yoga II classes improve mobility and spatial understanding with the body, as well as stamina by holding poses longer.|
|YIN YOGA explores new depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion and increased energy by focusing on the deeper tissues of the body rarely accessed. Yin Yoga is the perfect compliment and balance to the more active yoga practices.|
|YINYASA YOGAis the “breath synchronized movement” for all levels. The instructor will guide you from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. This class is also sometimes called ‘Flow Yoga’ as poses run together smoothly to become dance-like.|
|HOT YOGA is the practice of asanas, or poses, in warmer temperatures to detoxify and cleanse while at the same time promoting higher calorie burn and developing a greater range of motion and flexibility.|
