What is SYNRGY 360 BOOTCAMP?
SYNRGY 360 BOOTCAMP is part of the Small Group Training program at Gold’s Gym Northwest. It is a fun, innovative and efficient way to obtain a results-driven workout through a perfect blend of resistance, cardiovascular, and functional training. Conducted in a small group setting, Certified Gold’s Gym Personal Trainers will guide you through workouts that address every major muscle group while simultaneously achieving a cardiovascular workout using kettle bells, battle ropes, the SYNRGY 360 personal training system and more. These workouts put the emphasis on increasing muscle tone, strength and whole-body functionality for maximum fun, maximum efficiency and maximum results!
What is a typical session like?
Bootcamp is a fully supervised, hour-long workout in a small group personal training setting that typically includes three to ten people. In each session, you will be led through a series of:
- Resistance movements to increase lean body mass, muscle tone and overall metabolic rate so you burn more fat, even while you are at rest.
- Aerobic movements to get your heart rate into a fat-burning zone.
- Functional exercises using the latest technology equipment for better balance, coordination and core strength to improve performance in everyday activity.
Each training session is supervised and directed by a Certified Personal Trainer who will provide ongoing education, motivation and accountability.
Is Bootcamp right for me?
During each workout, the trainer will provide options for each exercise, and you are encouraged to choose the option and pace that are right for you. This flexibility makes this a good workout option for any fitness level!
How Many Sessions Can I Attend?
At present time, we will offer several one hour sessions at various times during the week. While you are enrolled in the program, you may attend as many sessions as you like. There is no minimum or maximum attendance required, however we recommend that you attend at least one to two sessions per week to get maximum benefit. For your convenience, advance reservations are not necessary; you can choose the sessions that work best for your schedule!
