The Perfect Way to Progress to Body Weight Pull-Ups
A pull-up is a compound movement , a pull-type exercise, which works a large number of muscles in your back, shoulders, and arms at the same time. Being able to complete a pull-up is a sign of strength so I totally understand why it’s a goal for a lot of people. In this video, I have provided some examples of exercises that will help you build the strength in the areas needed to eventually complete a pull-up.
