I’ve been a fitness enthusiast since my first child was born. I took action on an idea which, at the time, was to simply regain my figure and become a healthier eater. I became a true believer of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, which I wish to share with others, regardless of age or physical condition.
Fortunately for me, Gold’s Gym Bloomington gave me the opportunity to help others achieve their fitness goals. I began working at the gym when it first opened in 1998. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure and privilege to help people with osteoporosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides, arthritis, and overall deconditioning, to change their lifestyles.
Statistics show that most people join a gym to lose weight, but only few take advantage of the fitness programs or personal training packages offered that would help them achieve their dreams.
I love to design healthy exercise workouts to meet my client’s goals and I specialize in high energy, high intensity workouts for people who are looking for a challenge. How do I stay challenged By trying things myself, whether it’s a new fitness class or strength training move.
