Les Mills BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Total Body Toning at its best! One hour packed full of muscle sculpting, strengthening, and feeling the burn FUN!
Class begins with a short warm-up followed by a series of four minute exercise sequences. Each sequence is broken into eight 20/10 intervals (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest). Many exercises will use just body weight, but additional tools such as barbells, bands, and gliding discs may be used as well. Class will end with a short cool down and stretch.
This standing circuit workout combines fitness with fun to boost your cardio and muscular endurance. Upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and physio balls is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Chairs are used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Kick off your weekend with a Saturday joy ride Come join us for a 60 minute indoor cycling class that will start the day by enhancing your cardiovascular performance and jump start those muscular legs, then head into the GGX room for an additional hour Group Fitness Class to make your weekend right!
Just cause its the weekend does not mean we can’t have FUN! So get into class and become part of The Weekend Warrior Team! This class alternates between all your favorite GGX Classes & Instructors. We figure an hour to workout but sometimes we just might keep on going!
