Collin is an ACSM certified health and fitness specialist. He attended the University of Mary and gained a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2014. Currently, he is studying physical therapy at the University of Mary. He is from Casper, Wyoming and enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and athletics of any kind. Collin has a strong faith and feels a moral responsibility to improve the lives of people he interacts with daily. He has a special interest in rehabilitation and enjoys working with clients to improve function and decrease pain through a variety of resistance training exercises. He is also very comfortable working with people who are looking for weight loss or increasing muscle mass. He enjoys clients who are willing to work hard and want to improve their overall quality of life. A normal training session consists of a variety of resistance exercises with intermittent cardiovascular endurance. He will adapt programs to the fitness level and goals of each client. Collin is willing to work with each client to improve their diet and provide input for proper eating habits. His goal is to help improve the lives of each client and he will support each client in a way that is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.
