Jordan Brand’s love for athletics began with her involvement in basketball, in elementary through high school. Her involvement in physical fitness began as a stress relief outlet in college, which eventually formed into a passion. After pursuing a degree in Human Services, a field revolved around helping other’s, she decided she wanted to merge her two passions: physical fitness and helping others. The solution was personal training. Jordan looks forward to motivating others during their journey to bettering their health and well-being, both physically and mentally, through fitness.
