Shannon Tomshack is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Akron University.
Fitness and health have always played a key role in my life. As a child with copious amounts of energy, my parents quickly opened the doors to the world of sports. It was then that I found my love for tennis. As the years went on, I began training with personal trainers and became fascinated with the ways they were able to pinpoint each muscle with different exercises. I began doing research of my own and brought questions up on health and wellness with my dad, a chiropractor, any chance I could get. Now in pursuit of my bachelors in exercise physiology and a retired collegiate tennis player, my passion lies with helping people become the healthiest and best versions of themselves. To achieve this, I incorporate High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) to burn fat fast, build strength, and maximize endurance as quickly as possible. Let’s get started on your fitness journey today!
