50 MINUTE CYCLING CLASS SET TO MUSIC, INTENSITY IS VARIED WITH RESISTANCE AND CADENCE. NON-IMPACT CARDIO WORKOUT. TOWEL AND WATER BOTTLE REQUIRED. HEART RATE MONITOR SUGGESTED.
MUSCLE TONING AND SHAPING WITH OPTIONAL HAND WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE TUBING, BODY BARS, AND RESISTANCE BALLS. IDEAL FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
Have fun and move to the music through a vairiety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers balll are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
