Lauren started her fitness journey three years ago at a weight of 295lbs. After suffering four full-thickness tears in her right knee, she made a lifestyle change that included self-rehabilitation and the stunning loss of 138lbs in 14 months. After a lifetime of searching for an inspiring and effective exercise program, she wandered into her first Body Pump class, and life was forever changed. Three months after that first class, Lauren was an instructor for Les Mills and the path to future training and education was established.
