James Yoon has been training clients since 2000 and has been affiliated with Gold’s Gym since 2003. James is a diverse trainer who has extensive knowledge in strength training and cardiovascular (aerobic) training. James specializes in body building, weight loss, and rehabilitation techniques. He also prepares clients for photo shoots, weddings, and the beach. James does his best to entertain his clients with different approaches to make things interesting and makes his clients come back for more. James teaches cross training exercises, boxing, and different functional training activities to work on the body and core. He believes with hard work, dedication and patience, you can achieve whatever you wish for.
