Philip Mannos has over ten years of experience in coaching and training at a verity of levels. He has worked extensively with swimmers, runners, and tri-athletes to improve their fitness with sports specific movements and over all conditioning. He has also trainer a wide variety of skill and fitness levels outside of sports and has experience in rehabilitative exercises, movement correction, injury rehab and injury prevention.
