Christina Werries has been involved in athletics and the fitness industry for over a decade. She been a Certified Master Personal Trainer with Gold’s Gym since Sept. 2006 and holds several certifications. Christina graduated with a nationally accredited minor in Athletic Coaching, Kinesiology, & Physiology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Her expertise include high-intensity sport specific strength endurance training (Cross fit), flexibility, weight loss, and muscle building. She has also developed specific weight resistance programs directed towards athletes/client’s who have difficulty with over-all upper body strength; developed techniques to aid athletes’/clients’ over-all performance. She designs nutrition & fitness specific programs, including strength resistance training and cardiovascular programs based upon athletes’/clients fitness needs, goals and lifestyle. Christina takes great pride as a coach/trainer, because she strongly believes in fitness & nutrition as a daily part of life. Her motivation comes from the ability to witness the incredible changes in attitude, confidence, and appearance that my clients achieve with the right education & professional assistance that she provides.
