The end of summer brings colder temperatures, fewer daylight hours and, as a result, less motivation to get to the gym. Gold’s Gym is combating this seasonal decline of fitness routines by opening the gym doors at participating Gold’s Gym locations every Saturday and Sunday in October for FREE WEEKEND WORKOUTS.
