Experience: I have always been fascinated with fitness since doing pushups and crunches with my older brother when I was only 8 years old. I developed a desire to get big and muscular but could never gain weight. After attending Texas State University I realized fitness was about more than just lifting weights. Nutrition, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Strength Training and more importantly a strong mentality is all part of reaching any fitness goal. Through new and updated research, I continue to gain new experiences and knowledge of the amazing world of fitness.
