Looking for a great low-impact cardio class Want to stay in shape when you cant ride outside Need a little inspiration to help you reach your fitness goals Group Cycle brings it all together with its dynamic music and energizing visualizations to provide you with a complete mind/body cardio workout. Individualized for participants of any fitness level, Group Cycle uses a stationery bike and basic movements to deliver the fitness results you want. First-time participants, please arrive 10 minutes early for set up instructions. Be sure to sign up at the front desk 30 minutes prior to class. This class is closed after the warm-up so please be on time. Also, a water bottle and towel are strongly recommended. This class is 50-55 minutes long. Power Ride is an 80 min. ride recommended for advanced riders.
