I grew up enthralled with athletics and fitness specifically football and lacrosse. I started my training journey after a near death injury, year in bed and weighing 290 lbs. I rehabbed and transformed my body through the conjugate method; a progressive, diagnostic system that I apply to my clients. I am passionate about helping the injured and the overweight, while doing high energy, “get real” workouts. I pride myself on the ability to diagnostically tweak a result yielding, corrective strength program for anyone, whether it is a desk jockey, an athlete, or a female who has yet to learn the benefits of weight training and myths surrounding “getting bulky”. I specialize in the ability to increase strength, speed, conditioning while emphasizing spinal health and proper neuromuscular function through the kinetic chain.
My mission is to make a client feel like they can do whatever they want again. Move properly, eat well, and live a long fulfilling life more comfortably and fit than they previously have been.
