Individualized for participants of any fitness level. Uses a stationery bike and basic movements to deliver the fitness results you want. First-time participants please arrive 10 minutes early, and will be closed after warm-up . Sign up as early as 30 min. prior to class. Water & towel are strongly recommended. This class is 50-55 minutes long.
