RPM™ Raw Power in Motion. An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your team coach who will lead you through a pack of hills, flats, mouontain peaks, time trials and interval training all done in one class on a stationary bike. Sweat and burn calories to reach your endorphin high. RPM™ is the perfect non-impact workout for all fitness levels. First-time participants please arrive 10 minutes early. Sign up as early as 30 min. prior to class. Water and towel are strongly recommended. This class is 50-55 minutes long.
