I am a big practitioner of functional training. I focus on muscle imbalances and corrective exercises, so that we can live our day to day lives with full range of motion and free of pain. The human body is a joint by joint system, so we need to address it in the same manner. In order to be fit, we need to be able to move, and move often. I am now a competitive runner and regularly compete in marathon plus distances and trail races. Whether you are wanting to complete your first 5k to marathon or triathlon, lose body fat and tone up, or gain muscle I can give you the tools and knowledge to succeed. My ultimate goal for each and every client is to give the foundation needed to continue a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and regular exercise.
