Looking for a great low-impact cardio class Want to stay in shape when you can’t ride outside Need a little inspiration to help you reach your fitness goals Group Cycle brings it all together with its dynamic music and energizing visualizations to provide you with a complete mind/body cardio workout. Individualized for participants of any fitness level, Group Cycle uses a stationery bike and basic movements to deliver the fitness results you want. First-time participants, please arrive 10 minutes early for set up instructions. Be sure to sign up at the front desk 30 minutes prior to class. Also, a water bottle and towel are strongly recommended. This class is 50-55 minutes long.
