Job Title: Personal Trainer
What brought you into the fitness world? I started my fitness journey about 3 years ago, to get healthier. I wanted to feel better, look better and overall be a ‘better me’ . It’s also a stress reliever for me.
What’s your favorite aspect of your job? My favorite part of my job as a trainer is helping others reach their goals, to be healthier and stronger, both physically and mentally.
What do you like to do when you’re not working? In my free time I go biking, kayaking and enjoy being with nature
