Cycle Classes are FREE and for all levels. This is a great bike-based, Instructor-led workout Cycle Reservations must be made at the front desk up to 2 days in advance. You may not reserve for 2 consecutive classes on the same day, although you can be placed on the wait list for the second class. Check-in is up to 1 hour prior to class at the front desk set up your bike and enjoy a great workout If you do not claim your bike pass 5 min before the start time your bike may be given to waiting members.
